Description: This art car, Known as Chester, Was named by Rebecca Anders, the artist who designed the Head. Take a close look. The entire head is made of recicled tires! Chester was first thought of by Jason Anderholm and was presented on a cocktail napkin to Don Caine at the Dept. of Spontaneous combustion. Many other also worked tirelessly until the last minute when chester took his maiden voyage to Black Rock City.
